Avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids which help protect the skin, they also contain vitamin E, which is a powerful Antioxidant that neutralizes the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.
Makes 1 bowl – enough for 2 people
Ingredients 2 ripe avocados 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar Juice of ½ lemon 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons of water Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Simply scoop the avocado out of their skins and place them and the other ingredients in a food processer, blend for a couple of minutes until smooth and creamy.
