Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maple syrup (or 2 tsp if you like it sweeter)
1 tbsp almond butter
A sprinkling of raw cacao nibs, optional*
*Note if you are not used to cacao nibs, they can be quite bitter – they are not sweet like they look like they should be!
Method:
In a pan, heat all the ingredients and stir until hot. Try to avoid over-heating it or bringing it to the boil, and this will destroy some the amazing qualities of the raw cacao.
Put your feet up, and enjoy!
