Alongside my clinical work, I write about nutrition for both print and digital platforms. This includes long-form articles, expert commentary, recipe development and menu planning for wellness brands and publications in the UK and internationally.

I am an experienced presenter delivering engaging, evidence-based talks for schools, workplaces, wellness spaces and private events. Sessions can be delivered in person or online and are adapted for keynote talks, workshops or more interactive formats.

I am also open to retreat and residential work where nutrition education forms part of a wider wellbeing experience.
