Coconut blueberry Protein Porridge 

Ingredients: (serves 1)


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter e.g. peanut butter)
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Large handful of blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use purition vegan protein blend or a vanilla protein powder)
  • Cacao nibs (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)
