- 1 tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter e.g. peanut butter)
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
- Large handful of blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use purition vegan protein blend or a vanilla protein powder)
- Cacao nibs (optional)
- Maple syrup (optional)
